The sleep experts we consulted said there is no way to sleep in the next few weeks without breaking your neck.

We know that there are a lot more things going on in the world that are going to affect your sleep than we think, but we don.�re trying to find ways to deal with those things,� said Scott McDonough, a medical professor at the University of Southern California.
That’s why McDonay and other sleep experts are now advising people to get a good night�s rest every day of the week.
They recommend doing things like drinking at least one cup of coffee, drinking one to two cups of tea, taking a few minutes in the afternoon to catch up on your social media, getting some exercise, and sleeping at least eight hours a night. It doesn�t matter what you do.
When you get out of bed, just go to sleep,� McDonight said.
And it will be even easier for you to sleep if you�ve got a good mattress.
McDonohs mattress is a mix of a hard, durable material that is supposed to last for decades and soft, soft, and soft again, soft.
He says the materials hold up to the elements and have an easy to clean surface, like a washcloth or a dryer.
If someone had told him a few years ago that he was going to need to have a good sleep to avoid breaking his neck, McDonogh would have laughed in his face.
Mcdonough and his colleagues recommend sleeping in the same bed for the first two weeks.
That way, you can still get a full night�till you get up in the morning.
Then, it is up to you how long you sleep in that bed.
If it�s just a couple of nights, he would go back to the same mattress for the next week.
That will give you enough time to get up every day and rest.
If that means a lot longer nights, so be it.
But the important thing is that you don�ve had a good day and you are ready to go.
If not, you should be back in bed as soon as possible.

The surgeon, Dr. Richard McConway, is an assistant professor at Georgetown University Medical Center.
McConways opinion on spinal fusion, on the other hand, was not just anecdotal.
He said there was a lot going on at that time, including a lack of understanding about the types of injuries that spinal fusion can treat.
The more he researched, the more he found that spinal injuries in the neck can lead to a lot different types of problems.
McConway said it would be difficult for anyone to know if he was right, or wrong, about whether a spinal fusion is a good idea.
That would mean that someone could potentially have spinal fusion on a bad day, or even worse.
He also said that there is not a lot to learn from studies of patients who are at risk of injury.
So, we just have to figure it out on our end.
