You can sleep in a hotel room, but it’s really not a good idea

Sleep deprivation is becoming a major concern as it becomes increasingly common for people to sleep in hotels, and it’s not just people staying in hotels that are suffering.

According to new research, sleeping in a private room, which can be a luxury, can actually have a negative impact on your health and wellbeing.

Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley and the University at Albany, have conducted a study that looked at how people fared when they slept in a “sleeping car”, which can only be accessed by a private driver.

The researchers found that those who were in a sleeping car for the entire night experienced worse sleep quality and overall sleep deprivation than those who slept in their usual surroundings.

“People are not going to get as much sleep as they should,” Dr Kaitlyn Waggoner, one of the study’s authors, told the BBC.

“It’s not good for you physically, and you’re not going get the quality of sleep you need to do everything in your life that you want to do.”

“You’re not getting the quality sleep you want for a long period of time.”

The study also found that the longer a person slept, the worse their sleep quality was.

Researchers found that participants who were exposed to the sleep deprivation were significantly more likely to have poor sleep quality overall, particularly in sleep quality areas such as REM sleep, sleep efficiency, and alertness.

Dr Waggoon said that while it’s true that people tend to sleep less in hotels due to the nature of the sleepers’ rooms, it is still possible for people who are in private rooms to get adequate sleep, if they have a private car.

“A lot of people don’t even realise it, but you can sleep on the couch, or you can get in your car and drive to your destination,” she said.

Dr Kaitley said that if you sleep in your own car, you can take advantage of other benefits of sleep deprivation.

“You can actually use your car to sleep,” she explained.

“There’s a lot of things that can help you to sleep.”

You can also use the car to take a walk around the city.

Dr Niamh O’Sullivan, another of the authors, said it’s possible to sleep on public transport to the airport or other places, as long as you have a seatbelt and a nightcap.

“If you’re in a car, there’s a risk of falling over,” she added.

“We’ve been looking at it for a while and we know that when you have your own bed and you have something on top of your bed, you’re less likely to fall over.”

So it’s a really good thing to have a sleeping bag and a pillow and a blanket, especially if you’re going to the beach or if you’ve got a family member or friend who’s in a bed and can get to sleep without falling over.

“Dr Wiggoon added that private car owners should take into account the benefits of private cars.”

Most people don´t realise that it’s cheaper to rent a private vehicle than to rent it,” she noted.”

But you do have a lot more privacy.
